Why does my bank statement say Prime Ways USA?

Prime Ways USA is the registered company behind Only Vapez. Charges from onlyvapez.com appear under that name. It is not a duplicate or unauthorized charge.

Why was I asked to complete a credit card authorization form?

For some orders we ask the cardholder to confirm the purchase before we ship. It is a fraud-prevention step that protects you and us. Once the form is returned, the order moves to fulfillment.

How do I track my order?
